All handpainted pieces are custom and can not be returned unless damaged during shipping. (Please see Shipping Info and Guidelines)
All pieces available for customer customization will require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
SHIPPING INFO
All packages will be packaged with extreme care to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition. If a package is damaged during shipping, please contact me with pictures of the box, inside and out, as well as the broken pieces. You will receive a refund or replacement if it's determined the product was damaged during shipping.
If you want a replacement you will need to allow time for me to order a replacement piece to paint and allow for painting time which is typically 20-30 hours for sets depending on the size.
